Refund policy

At Leah Loves, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 28 days of receiving your order.

This return policy applies to all purchases made through our online store at leahloves.co.uk.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • All tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations (unless deemed faulty. See "Faulty or Damaged Goods" below).

How to Initiate a Return:

Please use our returns portal to initiate your return.

If you have any issues using the returns portal or would like to exchange, please email hello@leahloves.co.uk for assistance and include:

    • Your order number
    • Whether you would like a return or an exchange
    • The reason for your return or exchange

Our team will review your request and provide you with return/exchange instructions. The return address will be provided once your return request is approved via email.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, however if your return is approved, we will refund the original shipping cost when we sent the item(s). We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. 

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the exchange item within 3 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email hello@leahloves.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damage or fault
  • Once reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item initially. However, if upon inspection the item is found to be faulty, we will refund the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets all eligibility criteria, we will process your refund on the same day the item is received:

  • Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for your bank to process the refund.
  • Shipping costs from placing the original order will be refunded.
